COVENTRY boss Steven Pressley could follow up his raid on Celtic for Dylan McGeouchwith a move for Queens Park winger Blair Spittal.
Record Sport revealed this morning how Pressley had already opened talks with Parkhead bosses about a possible £250,000 bid for former Rangers youth McGeouch.
An ongoing transfer embargo may dictate that Pressley is only able to offer McGeouch a temporary six month loan deal.
But 18-year-old Spittal is also on Coventry's radar and Pressley may move for the youngster this January if he misses out on other more senior targets.
Haha!! I didn't mean it quite like that, Steven Pressley's knowledge of players is in Scotland, doesn't surprise me he is trying to import good youngsters from there.
Blair Spittal is a striker, he has scored 10 goals in 23 appearances this season for Queen's Park, which isn't a bad return for an 18 year old at that level, seems like the potential is there.
