At the game
QPR started like they were going to batter us but we seemed to be coming back into it as the half went on
Rangers resorting to long balls more often

Just signed in to watch the 2nd half. Important to get Grimmer, Jones, Mason etc back up to speed. Come on Bako - stake your claim !!

Think Eccles has looked quite assured and calm on the ball. Hyam doing quite well too.

Disappointed with Bakayoko so far, though he hasn't been getting much support and the game seems to be passing Ngandu by a bit.

Not sure on the formation, nobody at all near Bakayoko most of the time. Not sure if Jones should be up there supporting too.

They're playing the Man City formation...which normally has the wingers much closer to the main striker. Jones and Stedman are miles away from Baka, who's playing as a target man rather than getting involved in the build up, so it's not working.

Explains it then. Bakayoka is usually just stood by 3 of their defenders. Nice easy job for them.

Mason looks shaper than Grimmer or Jones.

You can hear playing staff/players shouting 'get the ball Baka' as he watches the defender carry it out!

Inknow it's a joke but I will point out I don't dislike Shipley. I dislike idiots that could not understand anyone wanting him dropped.

He's a talented kid. This game shows strength in depth we have in squad. Happy with display overall of most out there.

Have they just subbed him? His performance is out of order in terms of effort put in. Surely he wants to play against Walsall? even if the ball doesn't get played to him, he can still run?

Thing is though, there are aimless balls and he has 3 men on him every time.
