I've always said, they should give a 20 second look at in incident. No obvious error found in that time, they go with the onfield decision.Yes it is. Without using the technology that would never be given. Yes use it for offside, goal line tech etc…where there are definitive answers but as soon as interpretation don’t allow tech to slow, stop motion and then make a decision

But in 20 seconds you can see if anything is obvious. The longer you look, the more you can look for and breakdown and slo mo to within an inch of its life. You can then bring it down to the width of an eyebrow.Any time sequence is in itself arbitrary. Just use it for non subjective decisions.
