plus and minuses chiefdave. On the one hand it means that ACL can sell off an interest in the daily operations quite seperately from selling ACL or an interest in it. It provides flexibility in negotiations imo for ACL

In terms of SISU and currently CCFC under their ownership I doubt it matters much the course of action they have conducted virtually ensures they wont get to those income sources however it is set up.

A new owner could
- just buy the club
- buy the club and part of IEC and get access to the turnover if they own 51%
- or could buy less and become a "partner" in IEC
- buy 50% of ACL who own 77% of IEC
- buy all of ACL
- buy less than 50% of ACL and become a partner

plenty of options which may well mean a that a large upfront payment is not required to get access to income streams

In other words do proper due diligence unlike last time.

Take advantage of the current crisis to negotiate the best terms and conditions you can get and you have a very good chance of making some serious money.

Question about the land, what land are we actually talking about. Theres a pieces of land between the canal and the railway, is that what we're talking about? Heard talk of building on the car park but then where would anyone park?!

What's the status with the industrial estates, surely if someone's coming in to develop in any major way they would want to get hold of that land.

They want to build on car park C (the one on the opposite side of the A444), with a car park under the building.

There's one a few miles away just down the M6. Nando's is coming to Leamington this summer, closer if you live in Warwick.

No it wouldn't, the capitalisation throughout shows it is a collect of initials not a word. It would be like calling the UN the "Un".

I understand, little bits then a break, then a little bit more, honesty learning to read takes time
