No we can only draw teams that play in the English leagues in the FA cup, we aren't able to draw any teams that play abroad. We would have to qualify for the Champions League for that

Currently 1-0 to PSG. This game is the equivalent of Man City playing Racing Warwick so you'd expect an absolute slaughter but they seem to be holding out alright.

The French cup is mad. Teams from all of the French territories play in it, like New Caledonia for example which is in Oceana.
