Proud of the lads today, they didn’t get a sniff...

One of the most professional all round performances for two years.

only complaint from me today is Nazon is greedy and lazy which in the first half reduced the amount of chances we created

Can't argue with that. One of the most professional performances I've seen in a good long while

I was still worried at 1-0 to be honest.

Reid was in McDonalds pocket the whole game.

I wasn't worried at all today, the only way they were going to come out of their shell was if we scored, once that happened we could and should have got 3 or 4 more. Burge only had one real save to make all day.

Don't understand the term. We could easily have conceded in the 87 th minute and only looked threatening when we started playing with two forwards.

Work rate generally was excellent and the will and want to win the second balls and 50/50’s was exceptional.

That is exactly the level of performance that will get us promoted.

Credit where credit is due, yes they wasted chances but it’s coming....and Exeter went home with their tails between their legs.

Would have been extremely disappointed with the dropped points, but happy that we bossed top of the league.

If we'd have scored from all our shots it would have been 18-1

Exeter were very poor today, which shows that our tactics and the individual performances were spot on. If we can become more ruthless in front of goal we can run away with this league.

Just read their main forum and there is a recognition that we were well prepared tactically today.

Well done MR

All the Exeter fans I was with, and all the fans on our forum (Exeweb) agreed you were worthy winners from a reasonably poor game. First half was poor from both sides, second half you were much better than us - squashed our pathetic attempts at attacks and then broke with pace. I really liked your number 11, he was talented.

Good luck for the rest of the season - I sincerely hope you go up - to get 8,500 fans watching league 2 games after everything that's gone on with SISU, etc is impressive and I imagine a full Ricoh generates an incredible noise. Good bit of banter between the fans today - shame we couldn't give you more of an impressive performance on the pitch than we did - I've seen many comments on this forum, and heard the same on the walk back to the car, that we didn't look like league leaders and, quite frankly, we didn't. Last week we were amazing, this week shocking - guess that's why we're a league 2 team.

Anyway, I'm signing out from here now - good luck.

How refreshing to see an honest and accurate response from an away fan.

Yes I agree completely and the Cov fans were good at times today, strange thing is I prefer 10-15,000 in the ground because it really doesn’t get that much better in terms of vocal support then.

I was going to give you a like for that, Fred, but you said you were signing out, so I won't bother.

I might not even post this to be honest, because obviously if you have signed out you won't have read this reply

Yeah, decided I am not going to bother.

I enjoyed the second half best half of the season. If it's the drop in league or a change in attitude I don't know but jones is much more like it - we had more crosses in and played two upfront. It was a lot lot better. I just think we lack skill in midfield and nazon will be very hit or miss. Biamou did ok but looks like a poor mans Kwame Thomas which is a bit ironic other than his flick ons he looks a bit out his league.

Kinda wish you hadn't done it now, bit of an anti-climax.

How long has your number 11 been with you and where's he from? He was a talent.

Dagenham and Redbridge. Had him around 2 years. He's really come on this season though having only shown glimpses previously

By what metric is Nazon lazy? Or are you pulling a Ron Atkinson here?

Glad I wasn't the only one who thought the same thing when I saw this comment. Thought I was possibly being a sensitive snowflake!
