Was thinking watching him talk so respectfully about Southend what a gent he is and how I really like that about him. You rarely get excuses he rarely gets cross. He did a bit with geoff foster but I think geoff wasn’t well.
Anyway I’d much prefer that kind of manager then Steve Evans or Joey Barton or the other people that make it about them rather than the team
