I thought the only HOT that SISU had signed that had been confirmed by the other side was with the Higgs and SISU/CCFC walked away. That's the only one I know of that anyone apart from SISU/CCFC has confirmed existed, I've never seen the distress ACL/YB/Mortgage one confirmed by anyone other SISU/CCFC - has this changed?
ACL had agreed with CCFC an HoT over rent on 29 January 2013, which was then reneged on by CCFC.
There was an HoT agreed between ACL and CCFC to engage in a co-operation agreement in early 2008.
There have been no other HoTs between ACL and any of the Sisu web of companies.
There was an HoT between the AEHC and Sisu Capital in June 2012 which Sisu Capital effectively walked away from. There have been no other HoTs between the AEHC and any of the Sisu web of companies.
A bit misleading when you consider you added this in the other thread.
There was no request by the AEHC to the Council to sell to Sisu Capital and there was therefore no veto exercised by the Council. What may or may not have been said informally to Seppala by somebody from the Council has not been shared with the AEHC by either the Council or Sisu Capital.

Yes, we don't trust JS, but that doesn't mean we should take everything PWKH says at face value. I wonder if he's been briefed by Weber Shandwick before coming on here, the article is now 2 days old.

Wonder if the trust will finally stand up and be counted and reveal they have a plan to buy the club or not as was stated was their reason for forming, and is still on their website one of the their prime objectives. If they aren't, then what is the point?
Apparently you have the support of the people of coventry, and supposedly their is a fighting fund for this purpose - so what is stopping them? Or are they just a talking shop, paralysed and incapable of any real actions?

I agree, but this was what they said they were founded to do - act as a last resort. If this isn't last chance saloon, where the club has been stolen from coventry then what would be the final straw for them?

So that's ok, but when it's the people who are paying to keep our club running (regardless of what comes back to this statement, it's factually correct) trying to outmanoeuvre a council who were party to ripping the club off pre-SISU, that's ok?

For so many years this is why. Also the rent is ridiculous, we need revenues streams for the club to survive. This is our business plan.
ACL sell the stadium to us this is our offer. You won't okay we will have to build our own.

If SiSU had been like that every fan would be behind them. They haven't. They have excluded fans, followed their own agenda and are in it for themselves not CCFC or football fans.
Their goal is probably still plan A or B, Their route to it probably plan D or E.
They will go when it suites them win or loose. It is the potential legacy or lack of legacy that worries me.
I am glad she spoke, she had an opportunity to try and convince me about their plans. She hasn't she has confirmed my suspicions and fears about SISU and their agenda.
I would like to say we have hit bottom and we can at least move onwards and upwards. I feel worse is yet to come.
So I say to every Coventry fan fight for what you believe in: Coventry City Football Club and its history and its community fabric.
It doesn't matter whether you blame SISU, ACL, CCC or the FL or indeed all of them: Protest and keep the protest in the public eye and don't rely on one type of protest. None of the above like bad publicity. I believe the fans have started to influence people and I believe we can influence things even more. But we have to fight on all fronts and from all angles. It's time for the fans to TWIST AND SHOUT.

At the time, admittedly, none of us were party to the rental agreement (or saw it as relevant). In my opinion, which in many eyes is probably wrong, the council as part of the ACL set up, knew that they were on to a little winner with setting £1.2m rent when we moved in. It's over the odds for a Championship club today, let alone 7 or so years ago.
