Agree completely with this. For once it didn't look like we were being ripped wide open constantly though that low bar demonstrates how shocking we've been.

If this was game 1 of the season we'd come away and say there's enough
positives to take from the game.

Doesn't work though when we've been dogshit for months.

PNE were poor and still have 3 points to show for it. Oxford must be bewildered that they made us look good in August.

But that’s not because I currently want Robins out, I literally said in every poll (of which there’s only been 2 so far) that I’m on the fence. I’m just interested in what SBT is thinking in general that’s all.

It’s almost like buying/selling stocks in a strange way, do you hold a decent player and hope they’ll become even better, or do you sell whilst it’s going well and take the profit whilst you can? I’m not sure what’s the best strategy going forward but obvs with hindsight the decision is easy

You clearly want him out but are afraid of going against prevailing opinion.

Robins' customary low key, all will be OK, demeanour is doing my head in currently.
I'm 51/49 in his favour

In isolation the performance wasn't that bad.

If we were sat in midtable then after that you'd probably say it was OK, and a little unlucky not to come away with something.

Obviously when taken with all the other results it fucking sucks.

I’m not a big fan of his tactics, I think he lacks ideas of how to change things up when it’s going wrong, but at the same time he’s a steady-ship sort of manager.

Should we unsteady the ship to correct the course or should we carry on with a steady ship and hope it gets us there? I’m genuinely unsure, hence why I’m on the fence, if I was sure then I’d just say so, there’s nothing frightening about putting your opinion on a fan forum so if I wasn’t 50:50 I’d just say so

He had them shipped in from South America as you get better quality wood for your money.

Are there teams on this SBT chat? I get the impression there is which is very sad. Surely we all just have opinions but want the same goal?
Maybe I’m wrong ‍

I must admit the wood from South America is much better value for money than the shitty wood from Barnsley

How do you rate his influence on the team to date? Bellamy has gone into the Wales job (championship players) and turned the playing culture & style around in 4 matches !

Just seen Robinbs doing a cry baby face to our supporters. I don’t know what context was said to him for doing that but this is so out of character for him. Even I could hear the fans singing his song so whatever has been said needs to put out there for us all to know. I live Robins but this is not acceptable unless we are told why. What has happened to this club!!!!!

Ermmm exactly - Bellamy had never managed anyone before either so how'd you know Boateng wouldn't be any good either?

We're dog shit is about the jist of it and for me it's a perfect storm of people's own mistakes that have made one huge clusterfuck

Robins - hasn't a clue at the minute let's be honest. Even changing shape we look wank. Has he hit the end of the line? Maybe. His press conference yesterday trying complete revisionism with expectations, and little paddy with the fans at full time today say to me he's done for

Doug - his refusal of loans, or experience because it won't make him any cash is fucking amateur. It's affected us on the field massively but people don't want to hear it. He's pissed about with things that didn't need pissing about with and he's fucked it. He hasn't listened to anyone better qualified than him around the club, because Douglas knows best, and fuck everyone else. Him and his nonse brother nowhere to be seen all of a sudden

Coaches - Clearly absolutely nowhere near the level needed. Stealing a living and out of their depth. Training sessions are more intense and technical apparently but that means fuck all during games

Dr Claire + Co - they've not got a fucking clue

Aled Williams - as a defence coach is one of the worst decision I think the club's ever made. We cannot defend for toffee and how no one in the club is amending this is astonishing

The players - Bollockless, spineless little bitches. Not one of them, not even our captain who I adore have the minerals to sort this out. Whinging about fans reactions, soft skinned little weasels and I dont have a clue how we change that

Recruitment - goes without saying. It's been shite
This is issue, IF we get sucked into proper relegation fight we are in shit as none of this lot have any dog in them.

robins behaviour becoming erratic - saddle mentioned personal stuff, he should have stepped away or been made to step away, even for a week. I think all the changes have effected him, he’s a fire fighter / backs against wall manager. I don’t think personally the new age of set up suits him.

Recruitment well, we’ve don’t it to death.

i dont want robins sacked, but this doesn’t feel like a usual slow start, deeper issues and for that reason we cant carry on regardless, saying we always start slow.

Very sad how it’s all fallen apart so badly.

The same old slow start every season shouldn’t been seen as acceptable for a club that’s supposed to be serious about getting promoted to the PL.

I think there’s also an assumption that we’ll be fine based on the last couple of seasons after poor starts, but it’s an assumption similar to the “it’ll work out because we finish higher each year under Robins.”

Reasonable question as we approach 25% of league fixtures played.

Fine margins again tho.

Bassette scores or just passes sideways for Ellis open net.

Ref gives the obviously not handball goal.

Equally Preston had their chances too but underlying stats continue to say we’re a good side underperforming.

We’ll come good-question is will it be under Robins tenure?

Next two games crucial-lose them esp Luton and it could well get toxic.

Very weird. This is the internet. Your view means the same whether you’re male, female or a toaster. To bring sex in is regressive and weird. I had no idea of the sex of the poster, let alone any gender stereotypes they adhere to until you brought it up. Women are equal intellectually, there is no need for special treatment or women’s debate leagues. When someone, regardless of genitalia, says something ridiculous about our manager I will tell them to fuck off.
