This thought came from a conversation while waiting for the bus post game:

He's worth 190m, but, how much of that is worth is his properties/property ventures? Is he actually that rich?

What I mean is, how much of it is available wealth, not tied up in business ventures and properties.

I would hazard a guess like the likes of the glaziers and all these investors he will raise the funds against his property empire and get others to invest in him.

Taking total wild guess

Buy the club for 10 million out of administration
Half of ACL 15 million
Spend 10 million in the football club
Spend 20 million developing the area.

45 million for a successful football club with income streams from the Ricoh?

He'll probably take loans out and put it on the club's debts, that's what a fair few owners do.

Possibly, of course can't guess his actions, but it wouldn't surprise me if he did, if he takes over. However, I'm assuming the money from any loans taken would be invested in the club, one way or the other.
