OK, he'll do it match by match by the sounds of it, but still it's about bloody time, albeit small steps etc!

I think it should be a case of 'if xxxx is in the team, he takes it. If he's not, then xxxx steps up'. Bit like having a captain and vice captain set out out for the season, rather than deciding game by game

this is not news, he has had an assigned penalty taker for our last 2 penalties (1 scored, 1 missed)
