He can piss off, we lost to the bottom of the league. Don't try and sugar coat it by saying stuff like our work ethic and our attitude were good.

We need to get rid of the 3-5-2 asap!! I actually like that system but we just haven't got the players or intelligence to play it correctly.
Go back to 4-4-2, and how about Couibaly on the right wing and Ryan Haynes on the left wing, both are great at going forward.

Sounds a beaten man doesn't he.

Mind you, we just lost 2-1 so he is a beaten man.

At least we know he's hurting. Every player should be sat in that dressing room hurting.

I get the idea of protecting the players and not constantly having a go at them in public but sometimes you need to do it. We've just picked up 1 point from 6 playing 2 poor, out of form, teams. He should be saying it as it is, that its totally unacceptable and what he's going to do about it.

If he's going to stick with the formation he needs to justify why because we're not seeing anything at the moment that indicates things are going to change with this formation.

His 5-3-2 is taking us down to league 2

I have always backed the bloke, but his intransigence in not changing the system, which clearly isn't working at the moment, is really grinding me down.

He's not doing himself any favours, and with this system, with these players, we are just not creating enough.

System only seems to work to any degree when we take the lead. When we go behind in matches and are chasing the game, the system falls down badly.

It is all well and good going on and on about a system and how good it is and a philosophy but you have to have the players for it. It is all well and good using words like mantra and philosophy but that doesn't make you a good manager. It is using the system that suits your group of players and getting the most out of THOSE players that makes you a good manager.
