Rate Pressley as a manager but it must be obvious that the Northampton exiles can never achieve success and must aim for survival rather than being realistic promotion candidates in the third divsion.

Any decent player will leave for better opportunities, Clarke now, Fleck and Christie in the summer if not before.
Can't recruit quality players, don't have the budget and clubs like Rotherham are seen as having greater potential.

If you believe SISUe will fund us sufficiently to make a promotion push then you are delusional, they will fund us sufficiently to avoid relegation, the lack of loan or permanent signings being the clear evidence of this. How many other clubs in our division have no strikers ?.

SP is good but even his commitment will be challenged.

lets wait till 11pm on friday shall we.......personally survival was always our priority and we have been unlucky with injuries to our top striker and the other wanted out. I think everyone knew in their heart of hearts that we would fizzle out eventually.

Next season will be a challenge trying to recruit players, can't offer money or prospects and play in a cowshed to 2,000 fans.

Couldn't the Op put this post on one of a number of threads saying the same thing?

Sorry? You are just basically saying that sisue aren't funding the club this transfer window? That's not been said before then?

As for picking on fellow fans how about doing a poll on you? Better still lets find a poster to threaten you with the police who previously had posted if they say next to you they'd kick the shit out of you.

I may be out of the bickering loop but this seems like a fair comment from the OP?

Its not just a case of funding its also the ability to attract players If Nathan joins permanently then the theory is slightly dispproved but loan signings like DMG are short term that won't allow us to move forward.

Move forward? Move back 34 miles would do me.
