Did I miss it but was FL asked about Torp and Injury updates in general?
I dont think so...but I was half looking out the window to see what my dick head of a neighbour was up to

Didn't think FL looked particularly happy today.

What makes you say that?
He was being questioned in a press conference, so he will be professional but I did see a smile in there, so I think he is inside delighted....PUSB

On another note can we start singing
England number 1
England England number 1 to rushy please 😂

I have an image of Rob G questioning FL about the importance of players diet etc, whilst sitting there in his flat cap tucking into tea, biscuits and cake laid on by the club for the press.

Bugsy, I'm a hyper sensitive soul, a totally unsuitable forum member to be posting on this lions den of a football forum. I study people's body language a lot and I just got the impression from watching that short interview clip with Rob Gurney that Frank wasn't very happy, with whom or what about I don't know.

He hates Gurney as far as I can tell, it radiates off his whole being during every interview.

I just don’t think he likes these press conferences and the frequency of them in general, basically being asked and having to answer the same questions all the time.
bit of a chore isn’t it?

Questions? Gurney’s style is a monologue, followed by a yes or no question. Completely tedious.

With Kitching, Gurney explained at great length what happened in the Watford game - doesn’t he realise that Kitching was not only at the game, but was actually playing.

Yes, it's a strange approach from Rob really. It's almost as if he's trying to show Lampard that he understands so as to gain credibility with him?
