Just had a text to say that my mate who was a Premier Club member and had paid £500 for a seat for life has been emailed to say that the Premier Club is obsolete (actual words that were used) and that if he so wished he could use that money towards a Corporate package. He doesn't want to take on a corporate package and neither do several of his pals and so they have now opted to pay game by game, at least until the dust and excitement has settled. That means that the £500 paid by each of them will have to be forfeited. Has anyone else received that email yet?
Also I know of 2 individual fans who went up to the shop yesterday afternoon at just gone 4pm who were greeted by a security man who said "what do you want, we're closed. I know the staff must working their ar##s off and that there has to be a cut-off point but it takes the gloss off it a bit doesn't it.:blue:

Must be bonkers not to take the cheapest corporate package for a season as that includes parking.

Might seem like a good deal on the face of it but that would only be for one season where as the initial £500 was a one-off for life wasn't it. Either way you loose the £500.

If, as you say it was £500 "For life" then you must have a good case for "Doing a SISU"...Batter them in court. It's a misrepresentation. "The Club" has had your money, and as such should honour the contract.

@ Wheelfass.........If the Sixfielders who've paid for ST's at Northampton are being honoured then so should you and your mates. The only time you probably won't have a case, is if CCFC are Liquidated. After all they're still a going concern.

the money paid & contracts were with the compamy that went bust..

the club are offering ex premier club members new packages without having to pay a joining fee until 2018, also the new packages are cheaper the the old premier club prices too .. all in all i dont think it worked out too bad, yes you might have to pay a new joining fee in 2018 ( ill worry about that then ) but they have given the memebers until then for free, and lowered the overall pricing

I thought that all ticket operations etc were through CCFC Holdings not CCFC Ltd. CCFC H didn't go bust SISU chose to wind it up in the restructuring that went on - transferring its assets etc to Otium .

so long as a decent replacement is being offered I don't see what the problem is. Maybe they are taking this chance to refresh what packages they have on offer. If so you can't really hold all that back for a small number of people who have the existing package.

You only get free parking if you by FOUR corporate tickets. I have 2 and parking is now extra. Apparently part of the "compromise" agreement. What a load of

I suspect the club have some sort of payg deal with ACL now. As well as closing one of the stands from looking on the official it seems like they have closed a couple of the corporate areas. Would make sense if they have to pay for what they use rather than a flat rate for everything.

Legends lounge. Anybody advise if this is worthwhile as a corporate season ticket?

We were seriously considering upgrading to Legends in 2010. We were contacted by that Tynan Scope and asked if we would be interested and the package offered sounded good. I said that we would definitely go for it if they could provide parking, even though there were only 2 of us. He said he could probably sort it as not everyone wanted parking, and he would ring us back within a week to confirm. Well, Tynan, I'm still waiting for that call!

We considered upgrading to Legends this year, just to try it, and as we have had to move our seats from CET Stand, but were put off by the fact it was only 1 parking space for 4 people and there are only 2 of us. The parking space would have been great for us as we find the walk up getting harder as we get older! Price wasn't too bad considering we are now concessions and it included the programme, but there was VAT to pay on the top as well, which put it out of our reach unfortunately.
