Happy with Bristol Rovers away......couple of hours away on the train for me and a decent piss up.

Looks like them directions to the Memorial Ground from that Bristol City fan a while back will come in handy after all!

first league game is away - was agreed. when we took on the olympics - so no pre season friendly at home . Also as higher league clubs tend to only play glamour friendlies at home, we will not be playing anybody of any great stature this year

That's the excuse they'll use! Well now you've suggested it they will anyway

Even if there was, it wouldn't be a big team. No disrespect to Norwich or the Baggies but the last two pre season friendlies at home are as big as they get for us.

If only we we're able to play home matches the premier league teams always send their reserves to lowly teams like us!

True but we used to pay fifty pence or get in free with season tickets as a friendly its fifteen or twenty pound......premier league reserves aren't worth that

Is that allowed, CK?

Some on here think that that makes you look like a sad case (unlike them getting the Club's coach to an away game....:facepalm

We have arranged a friendly against Accrington Stanley (away) at some point in August.

Nice to get a few up there to a historic club.

Take a brolly if raining, you could get wet.

What's wrong with the club coach LBB? Ah, when they give away your seat (£17) on the coach because you were 5 minutes late then they tell you to make your own way back from flipping Morecambe.
