Exciting times as the boys are back for pre season training today.

Great to see some of the players showing some real commitment with their personal training regimes before today.

Award goes to BTA. Absolute madness with his regime of having a tank of water on his back while doing his thing.

Will there be some new faces at Ryton today?

Will there be a new addition to the coaching?

Remember first day of pre season last year. Now that was totally unexpected. Don’t want the same this year. I really like Lampard with Chris jones and Joe edwards…. It wouldn’t surprise me if they added one more to their team.

What role? Defensive coach maybe?
Personally I think he'll stick with just the 3 of them.

Are the lads definitely back in today? Thought @Saddlebrains had possibly said that pre-season might not start till the 7th as we finished the season late because of the play offs. I may have dreamt this.
