@ AndreasB.................Ok mate, we get your drift. you're far too intelligent to watch "Shit Comedy programmes" and we must bow to your superior knowledge that both David Jason(Sir David John White), and Roger Lloyd-Pack are "Thick as F**k...........................................Jason was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1993, and knighted in 2005, both for services to drama. These included the British Comedy Awards Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001, and the BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award in 2003. In 2006, Jason topped the poll to find TV's 50 Greatest Stars, as part of ITV's 50th anniversary celebrations..................................................................................................................................Roger Lloyd-Pack..1968 The Magus Young Maurice Conchis 1969 Hamlet Reynaldo 1970 The Go Between Charles 1971 Fright Constable 1971 - Fiddler On The Roof - Russian Orthodox Sexton 1975 The Naked Civil Servant Gay Man 1979 Meetings with Remarkable Men Pavlov 1984 1984 Waiter 1987 Prick Up Your Ears 1989 The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover Geoff 1990 Wilt Dr. Pittman 1991 American Friends Dr. Butler 1991 The Object of Beauty Frankie 1993 U.F.O. Yes, you're right. Same dimwit character.:thinking about: Especially when he did everything from Shakespeare to Alan Bennett to Anton Chekov. He was obviously a dimwit too on the Harry Potter film he did.

David Jason: "he was a very intelligent man and a very fine actor capable of many roles."

Not a legend for sure, but a talented actor who played many different roles over the years and had success on stage, tv and film.

Very disengenous to say he played the same dimwit character in everything he did. Mind, come to expect sweeping generalisations on this forum to be honest.

Wouldn't waste your breath, he probably thinks Alan Bennett scored against Spurs in the 87 cup final.

i've come to the conclusion that you're a bit of an angry sort, Andreas.

Okay, forget about the quote form David Jason. That doesn't explain Roger Lloyd-Pack always being a dimwit, yet doing Checkov, Bennett and Shakespeare, does it!

RLP. Of course he was a fantastic actor. He's just died. He'll be the greatest actor until the next one goes. Of course, it is sad when these people die, but the same sycophantic nonsense is trotted out every time

As for SL. Broken pelvis. That must hurt.

RLP was a talented actor. Don't think you'll have too many people bandying about the word 'legend' to be honest. Does get a bit ridiculous when actor after actor and celeb after celeb is called a legend upon their death.

You lads need to calm down, the title of the thread was a bit tongue in cheek. I was referring to what happens on Twitter when any 'celebrity' has the flu, everyone hashtags 'PrayFor...'. I just put the link up as it was cov related news. As for that tit slating Trigger, yes I'd agree sometimes when 'celebs' die even if they were idiots or talentless, for example Jade Goody, they are made to look like Gods. However Roger Lloyd Pack was far from talentless

To be quite honest, I don't think I showed the correct behaviour and response when Margaret Thatcher died.

I spent all day trying to curtail a grin.

Dear me. Judging somebody on what you think you know about them rather than the facts that are out there. Hope you put more effort in to your football based posts.
