Do you know him well then? Or are you just assuming he's a bad person because he doesn't share your opinion?

Don't think prayers are necessary, he's hardly at deaths door...though something like that could shake you up a bit, so hope he's feeling 100% again soon.

Hope the old bill apologised if they were at fault.

Mr Linnell took to Twitter to break the news to his followers and tweeted: “Didn’t expect to start the day in A&E! But then I didn’t expect to be knocked over by a police car!” He said the crash happened “right outside the radio station, first thing” and that the crash left him “very sore but otherwise in one piece.”....................................................................................................."Pray for Stuart".....A bit OTT isn't it?

If you want to "Pray" for somebody. Do it for the family of Roger Lloyd-Pack (Trigger. Only fools and horses) A true comedy legend.

Very average comedy actor who basically played the same dimwit character in everything he did." true comedy legend" I dont think so. Sad he is dead, but anyone who dies these days is a legend it seems

Yes, you're right. Same dimwit character.:thinking about: Especially when he did everything from Shakespeare to Alan Bennett to Anton Chekov. He was obviously a dimwit too on the Harry Potter film he did.

David Jason: "he was a very intelligent man and a very fine actor capable of many roles."

Not a legend for sure, but a talented actor who played many different roles over the years and had success on stage, tv and film.

Very disengenous to say he played the same dimwit character in everything he did. Mind, come to expect sweeping generalisations on this forum to be honest.

I wouldn't say it without reason. I can't say on here.

I don't randomly slate public figures.

Typical of people to suddenly love a guy who gets hospitalised.

I assume your true reason for your abuse above is that you were caught out lying about Andy Thorn, and have his away on threads pointing that out - so now you've found a thread where you feel safe and found an excuse to abuse me.

Time for a username change Duffy. Grendel carries serious baggage for you now.

He has some odd opinions, but they are all based on what he thinks is a balanced position on CCFC.

Get well soon Stuart.

@ AndreasB......Each to their own, but like Otis says, if I were you, try researching something before making a crass statement like you did.

You just don't get it do you?

It's nothing to do with being a public figure - its nothing to do with liking or disliking them - its do with showing the correct behaviour and response. Personal views are put aside.

If the above incident happened to Andy thorn there would be no negatives from me. To do so would be crass, showing no respect. It would show ignorance and lack of compassion and understanding. To do so I'd have to be rich87. Fortunately I'm a lot better than that.

To be quite honest, I don't think I showed the correct behaviour and response when Margaret Thatcher died.

I spent all day trying to curtail a grin.
