That leaves 13 realistic players in the 1st team, and thats including the kids Thomas and Christie !
Still got a feeling something will happen within 14 days. But feel we need to get it out there that when it does, we need 11 signings. Anything else is not competitive.
How do we get it out there. I have let Mr Mutton know my view.
Can you speak to Andy Turner BSB or has that relationship soured?
I e-mailed him at the time asking him to let me know when he'd spoken to Fisher. I e-mailed him again when the story was published to thank him for helping put it out in public, and he didn't respond on either occasion.
I don't claim credit for uncovering it-that was OSB's own digging. I'm pleased though that it led to ARVO being brought to public attention, but the way the Telegraph claimed all of it as their own work and findings left a sour taste in the mouth for me.
I don't think that you realize we had a big squad of players, being able to draw on the Reserve team players if required........Along with the knowledge that, players then, weren't wusses like they are nowadays, and played with injuries that would have half of todays lot crying for mummy.
