Possible windfall from the Clarke deal (1 Viewer)

It will go straight into SISU's bank account. Nothing new here. They sell our best players, dont replace them and take the money for their own business. CCFC loses again

The SISU apologists will disagree, they will say it's going to cover losses at sixfields. Even though quote TF: "we will cover losses" so surely any bonus money like Clarke and FA Cup should be for the squad no?

ALL money received from the sales of OUR players should be invested in the club or the team, not going straight into Joy's purse. They shouldnt be allowed to sell of our talent and pocket the cash leaving us with no money and an empty hole in our team. Leon's departure ruined our season and they did fuck all about it

Your speaking like a logical, reasonable person TSBL :) remember logical and reasonable is not in SISU's business vision :)

Ding ding ding.
Only took two posts for the sisu apologist line to come out.
I expect you creamed yourself when PWKH was on here earlier.

And where do you think our player has gone? Away from CCFC, with no replacement, leaving us with a huge Leon Clarke shaped hole in our team with no-one to fill it. That money should be put into our team. And i think everyone knows that SISU are selling our players to get money for themselves. What about Keogh and Bigi? Where did that money go?

I just don't understand how SISU choosing to move away, resulting in losses, say they will fund losses, then use "bonus" money to fund these losses with no investment in the squad, is acceptable, or am I missing something?

Is Fisher not a SISU apologist? Also, don't tend to read PWKH's posts/threads, don't particularly know who he/she is, just post my own opinion, that goes against you 5-10 posters :)

Yep - you are missing the blinkers and an unswerving ability to blame ACL and the council for everything regardless of anything.

Never managed to any of the previous 9 years the club was there, in fact effectively gone bust twice in 9 years, never managed to at all in the previous 122 years.

paying peanuts for wages now, so I imagine the the income vs expenditure would be very close

(not including previous debts of course) I just mean a simple income minus outgoings

Logically should work, being self-sufficient should be every fans dream, but unfortunately we'd soon be screaming to make more signings and pay out more wages to keep people.

I do understand that yes :(

But in answer to the question I asked earlier when you said do players not get payed anymore: What would have happened if there was no FA Cup or LC money? are you saying the players wouldn't be payed?

I'd say that next season we may possibly have had even less players to get paid, all helps towards the turnover for next season.

Hmmmm :thinking about:

according to FM, youth contracts are £55 -£120 per week  120 x 23 players = £2,760 per week on wages, just throwing that out there
