COVENTRY City boss Andy Thorn hopes the Sky Blues can one day taste the same promotion success as Norwich.
The new City manager watched the Canaries celebrate their Premier League promotion on Saturday at Carrow Road after a 2-2 draw between the two sides.
Thorn,who was confirmed as City's full-time boss after an impressive stint as caretaker manager, said: "There is a lot of confidence and a strong dressing room here. I am disappointed the season is at an end, as I would have liked to kept going.
"We want to enjoy this sort of occasion ourselves, and I cant see any reason why we cant do that.
"This is what we want and next season, who knows?"
Richard Keogh bundled the Sky Blues in front at the start of the second half.
Two goals in the space of six minutes from captain Grant Holt and on-loan Liverpool youngster Dani Pacheco put the Canaries in front, only for Lukas Jutkiewicz to grab a quick equaliser.
