If he won't admit it, I will: I thought that he was going to be the guy to fire us to the play-off's. On career record and remembering seeing him play over the years, I thought that he was a class above the likes of Clarke and a decent bet for 20-25 goals. So did Pressley, I'm sure, and he is almost certainly amongst our top 2-3 earners. Remember Pressley's words about how we only just managed to secure his signature and Jackson was only willing to sign a 1 year deal? Well, he won't get a contract here next season and I'll be surprised if he does in this division with anyone. Terrible, terrible signing, clearly not up to it anymore. Anyone saying that he's not been given a run in the side is insane, he was given a run-he didn't score enough goals and was constantly muscled off the ball, his pace of yore clearly gone forever. If he was as good as I and others had initially thought, he would have banged in the goals, not been out-scored by a crap loan from Bournemouth and an injury-prone CB.

This sounds like a game where I'll be 'happy' with a point, but if we get nowt I'm not going to be happy, as we don't sound like we're having 'a go' .If we were losing by a goal, you know we'd create some chances (which we're not at the moment) - don't want this as a match we lose with a whimper ?!?!?
