Love that little snippet. He looks and sounds like he just really enjoys playing football and doesn't see this as "only League 1". He'd obviously rather be playing for Villa but while he can't he may as well come down here and be out on the pitch.
Plays like a kid in the playground. He's one amongst a number of little gems that have all appeared at the right time for us this season. Allen, Walsh. McCallum, O'Hare, Dabo, the back 3, the keeper - to name a few/most of the team!!
Think I’ve gone a bit soft, love this interview. Genuine lad and seems to just love playing football. Very genuine and speaks his mind. As someone else has said he speaks more honestly than others who seem to just give textbook answers.
