Have you seen that match summary under the video? Nonsense. Unlikely to score until Haynes scored? We'd missed about 4 sitters and up until then and were all over them at that point. Even in the first half we created the better openings. RCC didn't have much to do all night.

Portsmouth were the stronger side for much of the game and took the lead in the 18th minutes thanks to the persistence of Kyle Bennett

Not too sure what game they saw?

I don't think they saw it. I know stats don't always tell the full story, but I think they did last night. Far more possession, 25 efforts on goal to their 12, far more of those on target, 13 corners to their 4. Ah well, it doesn't really matter but that did wind me up a bit!

Wow what a weak penalty. Ref has had a bung there, doesn't look like any contact.

That said, the pen and Free kicks were world class despatched.

The guy who scored the pen, watched him in the warm up. He was lacing them top corner.

We committed 1 cynical foul (for the free kick the goal was scored from rightly a yellow) they committed 4/5 cynical fouls/body checks 0 yellows for them.

I just beg the refs for consistency please!!

Yep, there was one where we were on the break I think and their player blatently clipped the heels to stop them.

The ref had a shocker last night, really disappointing. Very soft penalty too.

That was a quality free kick though

To be fair it was the linesman who flagged for it first

Looking at that shot from the pompey end you can see his body position as he falls is more like someone pushed him in the back rather than caught his ankles as Vlad crossed his path behind. May have been some minimal contact but he dived to ensure the pen.
