Anyone feeling an away win coming? all these off the field antics at pompey means we really should be targeting to take full advantage of an away win here, if we don't and also dont beat peterboro away i dont know if we will ever win away again.

Five away goals in nine games and bottom of the form league, does not fill me with enthusiasm to put "away win" on my betting coupon

Can't see us winning home or away again this season to be honest.

On paper, yes, another good chance to take the 3 points with all Portsmouth's gloom and doom.

Shame the game is not played on paper isn't it. And besides, Portsmouth must be looking at this game and thinking this is an excellent chance to get the 3 points against a team with a terrible away record that doesn't score goals.

I don't hold out much hope but I guess if we keep saying it......

wasn't portsmouth last season the last time we won away? we've done pretty well against them the last few years which has been nice in an office full of pompey supporters! They aren't doing particularly well at the moment and the off the field problems will surely be on their minds. Given all that we will probably get done about 5-0!

My Xbox live personal message is 'POR 0-3 COV' I couldn't ve bothered to change it because I'd just have to change it back again on Saturday....

Seriously though we're gonna lose

This isn't a Disney film!!

Erm, no by the way, I don't hold out much hope of an away win. As for at Peterborough, they seem to score goals for fun at their place

If we say it before every game then by the law of averages one day we will be right, may not be in this division but one day...................

Tactifully put. Mind you, I'd still go to a game over watching Bambi!

not that it will make much difference but it looks like Pompey's top scorer, Luke Varney, won't be fit in time for the weekend.

look at it this way ..... Pompey beat us get 10 point deduction and they are ahead of us on goal difference.... apparently they are the ones in a mess?

That's a bit thoretical though isn't it? You could also say it this way - we beat Pompey, they get deducted 10 points and we're 6 points ahead of them and apparently it's us in a mess!! Just depends how you see it. I wouldn't wish a 10 point deduction on anyone, seems a bit unfair to me if we were to survive that we did it with another team getting punished for something that is completely out of the teams control.

I couldn't give a toss if the team above us got deducted 10 points and we were 9 points behind on the last day of the season and they went down instead

yes kg82 and it does. I would rather we survive in the division because we are good enough not because some other team broke pretty arbitrary rules set up by people who have no damn idea what makes a fit and proper person as an owner or what transparency means.

History is against us. The history of the last 40 years which dictates that if a team is struggling badly they really need to play us. I remember us playing away at Portsmouth a few years ago when they were first in crisis in this division and hadn't been able to pay the players, they won.

I am going for a 2-0 loss, at this rate we will have 10-1 odds on a win.

Big lose I think.
Pompey will be fighting like frenzy at there place as well, they maybe in trouble but think our players have got into a rut (thats not having a go at AT) but the players who do deserve a bit of stick as well for there lack of desire and competivness once they cross the line.
Going for 3-0 sorry just can not see where a win is going to come from but hope I am wrong.

Pompey still have some quality players in their side and so it will be a really hard game, I don't feel like we will win but I am going down to Pompey for the game anyway
