Right well I have just bought mine from the very same lass who helped me with my Shrewsbury tickets, who was very helpful.

The situation they have up there is they have 6 people working on the phones and they are averaging around 5 calls a minute per customer sales reps, which means if your lucky to get through within that minute then you get answered, however I was ringing from my works landline, works mobile and my own mobile so someone was bound to answer eventually lol If you have any problems with regards to calls I suggest the E-Mail address given to me last week;

shawny.dalton@ccfc.co.uk

They understand that there are countless amount of calls coming in, leave your number on the E-Mail and ask them to contact you and they should process your order no problem.

The ticket office has just told me that they are getting a new server installed to sort out the problems that are having. It should be up in an hour, or so.

Nah, still not working! You sure they didn't say it'd be working FOR and hour or so?

I tried yesterday and kept getting a 'runtime error'. Seems cash is the way forward ^^

I've used the phone line for away coach tickets and have always found them useful.

If I did have problems, I'd send an inbox message to the clubs Facebook page, and they offer to get someone to call you back.

that's what I was wondering. Pompey at one point last season had to go to cash only as their bank refused to process card orders, we're not having trouble with the bank now are we?

Not like it's difficult to setup, you can even get bolt ons for the iphone to do it so there's no technical reason just because the shop is now a barrow in tesco that it can't be done.

I e-mailed Port Vale on Friday and they replied that tickets for our game would be available from their website from Friday evening! Haven't tried yet, as gathering numbers.....but NOPM to Sisu, and still supporting the team!

Turn up on the day. Buy a ticket. Simple. Vale are one of the bigger grounds in this division. Remember being there in 1964, 17,000 then and it was still far from full.

Which site? Try Vale instead.

Just seeing if I've got company then will book this. Really enjoyed Shrewsbury.
