Or 4-3-3 the Mowbray way. 3-1 to the city

Yep. Could be 4-3-3 with Nouble up top alongside Samuel and Tudgay. In fact, it could be Nouble and Tudgay with Samuel in the hole just behind.

Really don't understand why some rate Nouble so highly, hopefully he will be out the door at the end of the season

I'm not so sure. He very much reminds me of Dele Adebola and he certainly has it in his locker to be a match winner.

Samuel plays off the shoulder though? Coming deep to get the ball would nullify his best attribute IMO

The 3 in midfield aren't mobile enough for 4-3-3 O'Brien aside.

Could well be 4-4-2 again with Nouble on the left, I very much doubt he'll have got the style he wants to play across to the players yet.

Totally agree. I think our midfield is weak anyway, but I am just trying to second guess what TM might have in mind.

Be interesting to see if the full backs push on under TM today. Philips is good coming forwards, but I have no idea on Stokes.

Anyone else noticed they've forgot to paint the football lines

We're playing Port Vale today, not Stoke!!!*

(*I'm suggesting that you think we're playing Stoke when you referred to Stokes, as in Stoke's full back! LOL!!!)

433 for me. Hopefully TM knows Nouble is not a winger.

Main show for the football league show possibly as Klem or whatever his name is appears to be by the dug outs?

Mark Marshall is playing for them which means we are guaranteed to concede.

It's 4-3-3 with Barton sitting just in front of the back four and Fleck and Jim more advanced

Good start

Frank lucky to not be booked for kicking the ball into crowd deposits best efforts from port vale players putti pressure on ref to book him

Does that make Jim our outright top scorer now with 6?

Deflected shot by Samuel after nice ball played over by fleck. Both Frank and Samuel could have gone for it but Samuel took charge
