Hopefully they have taken over our mantle as fall guys for the needy and we have passed over our monkey to them, I shall watch their results

Yes they played poor yesterday but what shit supporters they are. People moan about lack of atmosphere at the Ricoh, port vale was soulless

What was the attendance? 4000 something was what I heard. For a team sitting in the playoffs.

Port vale is my bottom Away ground. It's so depressing that I don't go to that fixture anymore.
Trust us to actually win there this year Ffs

'Credit to Coventry, by the way. I thought they looked lively and organised and well deserved to win the game. The 9 & 17 were both good up front. Well done, them'

I went in Dec 2014 and saw us win 2-0 there.

Never again, Burslem is such a depressing shit hole.

Went there in 2013 and I'm sure nearly 4000 Cov fans were there, packed the stand
Behind the goal, Mousa scored a belter but we lost 3 - 2

Fans from the majority of teams think like that. It's confirmation bias.

Yep, we're usually the ones echoing the: 'why can't we beat a managerless team out of form?!?!'.

I'm chuffed we broke our duck yesterday, however, the core issues remain. Even if we start climbing the table, nothing has changed behind the scenes.

I'd say the opposite. Proper old-fashioned ground, good away end with a low roof, plenty of places to drink etc. Home fans a bit flat yesterday, but so were their team.

The fact Burslem is a shithole adds to the charm of the place. Rather Vale Park than many of the new edge of town travesties. All it needs now is an open-air toilet with a trough to piss in and it becomes my favourite league 1 ground

Thought the SBA were class too.

At least there's enough toilet space to piss in.
Don't go to Peterborough if you're incontinent

Boslem is indeed a shit hole. If you head towards Hanley, you will see many signs directing you to the Cultural Quarter. Maybe this is where the open air piss pot is?
