I have the day off, with nothing else to do I decided to work out just how bad our midweek away form has been over the last few years (I am that dull).

Its quite stark compared to weekend away games. For the purposes of this, I've considered Friday night games to be weekend

I took every league result since the start of the 21-22 season (first year back at the CBS)

There must be something in the way that the club prepares for mid week games that affects how we play. Even the midweek home games PPG isn't brilliant

Not asking you to do it unless you really want, but would be most interested in a split by kickoff time if possible.

They should all be 7:45 or 8pm. Any 3pm ones I will have included in the Bank Holiday table

If you have the time can you also split it by what kit was worn for each game please

Be interesting to compare to other clubs like Leeds, Sheffield Wednesday and Oxford.

Really interesting analysis by the way.

What were the 3 midweek away games out of interest? Blackburn this season. What were the others? Assuming you're not counting the play-off semi?

No I just took regular league games.

Other than Blackburn it was Bristol City and Blackpool, both in 21-22.

It was more lumping Fridays in with weekend. I wondered if they’d match midweek more.

It would be the same correlation for all clubs. Im sure this isnt an issue. Be interesting what it would be like for the outpost clubs.

Why though?

If it is the same for all clubs, then this would be potentially an easy way to get an advantage over them. Figure out the reason and it can be solved

I agree with you there.

Statistically you're well overdue to be right about something
