Don't expect a big away following. We've sold GML 1, GML 2 and not even half of GML 3. So were looking at 1500+ sold so far. Disappointing but understandable in the circumstances. Got my ticket though

We have sold over 2,000, GML1+2 hold around 1,000 each and we have sold almost half of GML3 so i work it out to around 2,100.

GML 1 is tiny!! Only holds 500. GML 2 holds 900 then half of GML 3 is 450 = 1850 (Just asked my mate who is ST holder at brum)

Is it really that poor given the circumstances? Price, state of the club etc.

talking of attendances I was a little surprised to see that the crowd for the Leicester match was actually up by 1000 over same fixture last year

was the attendance up because the away fans brought more ? :thinking about:i dont think it was because there was more home fans!!

from a financial point of view so long as it is up because of paying customers then thats good.

Would like to think that might continue on average for the season but I have my doubts

If we are looking at an away following of around 2k with all our problems on and off the pitch, and priced at 30 quid for adults.
Pretty good I'd say.

was it correct what clouting said about not being able to charge the away fans more without charging the home fans more?:thinking about:

Mate just got a couple of tickets and ticket office said we have sold 'around 2,000' so far. Hopefully if it's pay on the gate we can push that up to 2,500+.

Of course, it's only fair.

Also, anything over 1,500 given the circumstances is good.

I would say it will be around 2k. Hopefully we can make some noise. It was disapointingly quiet last year.

Yeah I thought that mate. Perhaps we had too many there last year, which meant songs in different areas rather than everyone singing at once?

So more fans please but not those who don't go to every away game religiously. Got it.

I think hes more refering to the people who don't go home or away, but thought lets go because it's Birmingham in the cup, do you remember 3-4 years ago when we played Man United in the league cup, 8 out 10 people from the company i was with went to that game, none of them have been to a cov game in years, and haven't since until we drew Chelsea in the FA Cup, then they were there with scarfs around there necks telling everyone how much of a great supporter they are. :jerkit:
