The commentators said that there had been some health & safety issue and they were not able to use their normal camera positions. Didn't say what the issue was exactly

Fratton Park is literally falling apart and needs a fair amount of money spent on it. At the moment they're only patching things up when it becomes vital, I would assume through lack of funds.

They've been operating a reduced capacity since the start of last season as there's sections of the ground that can't get a safety certificate.
