Shock, horror......lawyers say to clients keep going. Especially muppets like Sisu. Cash cow springs to mind

Significantly only 12.8% of fans think our owners should continue litigation - unfortunately our owners are what they do.

Dont know much about tax do you?

If they offset fees payable in CCFC then the fees receivable in the Parent must be taxable. Does not sound much like a tax saving scheme to me

They really must think they can show up the councils wrong doing to be continuing the way they are.

And whilst the money isn't coming out of the club / TM's wage and transfer fund, and it's not causing as much as a distraction as previous off field issues have, why shouldn't they carry on?
