In law, liquidation is the process by which a company (or part of a company) is brought to an end, and the assets and property of the company redistributed. Liquidation is also sometimes referred to as winding-up or dissolution, although dissolution technically refers to the last stage of liquidation.
And if RPHunt what you have described above is what has happened and sisu or otium or whoever are FOUND guilty what happens then to the company, sisu, the new company, otium and individuals, such as ceo Tim Fisher and/or independent director Mark Labovic or Joy Sepalla for that matter
heres my view on whats happened:
ccfc ltd goes into admin
we lose 10 points
administrator puts ccfc ltd with unknown assets plus golden share up for sale
4 bids go in with otium entertainment being successful as sisu is beneficial owner
rent/f&b row continues and talks break down again
cva rejected
ccfc lose 10 points and ccfc ltd regain golden share
have ccfc ltd lost 10 points for exiting admin or entering liquidation? if ccfc ltd goes into liquidation how can ccfc play in the league as the company holding the golden share has gone into liquidation? if the 10 points are for exiting admin are we due some more points deducted for entering liquidation?
im no good at this busines shite so just my view/questions
Another paragraph from the SFO site, if
