Norwood will probably sign a new contract with Tranmere, now they are promoted.

That's a shame, I was looking forward to a match in a foreign country.

Two dreadful sides, like watching Notts County of last season. The standard well down on last season's L2 play off final even ignoring my bias

Yep. Tranmere will be the first on my relegation acca. Unless they invest, and majorly! Mind, it is too easy to remember how we thumped our way through the p/o’s. Like a hot knife through butter!

Nice local one for me. Funny one Tranmere, the area it's in isn't bad. Few streets away though and you're in Rock Ferry one way and Birkenhead the other way. Absolute holes.

I walked from Birkenhead Central last time, it's grim by the station but ok around Prenton like you say. On the whole the Wirral is pleasant.

I know of Rockferry, is it Merseyside, Cheshire or north Wales? [Edit] Forget it I'm on about Queensferry!

Why does that make Norwood more likely to stay? Mind you I don’t actually know how good he is.

What was equally shocking was the Welsh booing the national anthem- will need to start charging on the bridge and M50 on the way back in ! I quite like that story about Norwood nipping off for munchies in the middle of the Match - he was obviously getting them for McNulty who was doing his best Kevin Nolan impression

Yeah, you're better off getting the train from Liverpool to Rock Ferry and walking from there next time!

If Tranmere had lost yesterday, then Norwood would definitely have left on a free transfer, but now they are in league one it's more likely he will sign a new contract, unless of course a bigger club comes calling.

Are we sure it was the Sunderland fans? I mean they are all perfect in every way, and never cause trouble.

Fuck me the commentators laying it on thick about Sunderland. Anybody would think they have been out of the league or something.

They are in League one paying players tens of thousands a week.
