Pompey are shocking. We really let them off with those missed chances. Our game should of been over by half time.

Pompey - no pace up front. No creativity in the middle. Sunderland solid. Nothing up front, but don't need to do anything. If Pompey had Thomas and Hiwula they'd win.

Ref has let both sides get away with way too much pushing and shirt pulling.

How did we lose to Portsmouth they are shocking.

Sunderland players have spent more time in the floor then on feet

Let's just hope that serial Wembley losers Sunderland and Villa don't buck the trend.

So 5 out of 5 ties have been won by the team that was away second leg, and finished lower in the table.

Both teams looked poor tonight and lacking invention and quality.

I'd rather them fuck off out this league, with another 16 mill due in parachute payments we could do without that sort of competition next season.

Can't stand them, don't want them up but it's for the best

I thought the parachute payments were only made for two seasons?

Think its split in 3, I read they were due another 16 mill, already have a massive wage bill closer to a mid table championship team... Footballs a fair game right lol

Donny were 15 points behind Charlton. In a way the playoffs are madness. Exciting though.

BBC fucked it up again, said on their website earlier that Doncaster had won on penalties.

I am relieved, as I think Charlton will beat Sunderland.

No idea how he is still playing and why Newport aren't targeting him

Only 35 according to Wikipedia. Not quite in peak physical condition, unlike some older players:

Surely you'd put your quickest player on him and drop balls over his head. There's no way that tub of lard can run.

Why are Newport showing the game at their ground, did they sell out or something?

Whoever wins this will be straight back down, without major investment. Both are utter crap.

(Hoping for Newport though)

Edit: Right as Tranmere score. D’oh!
