I was surprised by Martin Hayes…I don’t remember him signing for us. It appears he did on loan but never played. That weird.

Big Vik!

I actually thought he came on as a sub but it seems he didn't, he was definitely on the bench for a couple of games.
It also seems that Boothroyd never played a game for Arsenal so I did well with my 2 players

Was a back up keeper to Seaman in the late eighties and early nineties. Played for West Brom and Middlesborough among others.

Came on loan here in the relegation season and played in the 6-1 defeat at Chelsea away when Chris Kirkland was sent off.

@Terry_dactyl I have another 1 who never played a minute for us, Charlie George. Bobby Gould signed him on a short term contract at the end of 83/84 season & afterwards he realised it wouldn't get any better than not playing for us so he retired

Oh for an Ian Gibson.

Geoff Strong, defender who played for us early 70’s, also played for Arsenal and Liverpool.
