Couple popped up now so thought would be good to keep track. The following players are/have been on trial:-

Matty Miles - Defender - Leicester
Alex Davey - Defender - Chelsea (released)
James Pearson - Defender - Barnet
Jordan Lussey - Midfielder - Southport (released)
Greg Moorhouse - Striker - Glenavon

I've seen nothing confirmed only what I've read on here so I'm thinking the same is he really on trial? Whys he not gone to Spain to assess him, or is he linking up out there.
We do need a new central defender or two!

He was on trial. Played at Tamworth. But CET are now saying only the two on trial.

Can we confirm 100% one way or the other whether Miles was/is on trial with us?

Miles is on trial, but he is with the U23's not the first team squad.

So Lussey has gone but we have James Pearson and the Chelsea lad now. Any news on when a decision will be made on Miles and Moorehouse (sounds like a country accountancy practice or estate agent!)??

Dunno, possibly. Moorhouse can play up front too can't he? Maybe be a decent option regardless particularly as he's still young.
