Did the football league agree to the transfer of player registrations while leaving the GS in another company???

Did they mess up by agreeing to this allowing SISU to have them over a barrel now?

Did SISU plan it this way for this very outcome?

This is a point which appears to be continually changing. Appleton and Fisher said that the registrations were with CCFC Ltd just two weeks ago, but now Fisher claims they are with Holdings.

According to their own rules, I believe that the FL should penalise the club a points deduction for having the players in a different company to the Golden Share, but I do not believe that the FL have the balls to do so.
