Simms again great hold up play, and BTA's effort is unmatched. Difficult for both of them today with both teams playing 5 at the back, left it gritty and tough for the strikers.
These are the games that it's important to have midfielders chipping in, and also the type of game we were not getting anything from.

Think Simms has proven in this league he has hot streaks. He was on 3/4 goals this time last year. Ended up with 19.3 Simms, 3 BTA, 2 Bassette. Not great is it. Haji walks back in, whatever the formation.

Scored 7 in the league in less than half a season for Sunderland. So he has it in him obvious to me. Just needs confidence and a run. We saw that last season.

I believe going forward we have in Simms someone who can with confidence can get 1 in 2 going forward if he gets a good run...as he showed last season.
