This just isn't true , I agree his spell here in general has been pretty poor .. but today he was a threat for much of the game .. first 20 minutes he was a bit meh .. his delivery first half was also a bit meh ..

We'd play a match , say Stoke 4 nil , and fans like yourself would come out and say things like , but godden was shit .. hold on .. we've conceded 4 goals , so the fact your first thought is matty godden suggests a problem with the player has developed in your head ..
We didn't lose to Stoke because of matty godden , and he wasn't anywhere near the worst player on the pitch either .. he can't be , we've shipped 4 goals , he's at the other end of the pitch

There's not many players I've loved more than Godden in recent years but at this level he's limited and injuries haven't helped him. Similar to Dabo.

He was decent second half. Did exactly what we have been saying we need from him. He was involved in general play, and scored a goal. We can't afford games where he is anonymous and not doing either of those things. In the second half he did.Godden was good in the part of the game I saw.

You've been quite vocal about your dislike of cuffy though .. I'm not imagining it , I don't necessarily disagree with you , but I do today and if it helps I disagree with Andy and blind Faith too
