Hilariously the telegraph have given Hyam a 6.5 and said he “read the game and defended pretty well”. What game were they watching?

I agree Legia. The problem with our defensive three is that we need a left footer in Hyam's position and I don't think we have one.
Except if there are plans to develop McCallum into that role. Not ideal either as I thought Sam was very good in the first half today at LWB and has been solid this season. Still difficult to believe that Sam is only just 20 and a couple of years ago was in Non League - he's looking very assured to me at this level.

Poor performances all round - however I thought the first half was a decent enough performance (James had a very tidy 15 minutes), could quite easily have gone in level or even ahead on another.

Reading a decent side but they have GREAT individuals. Ejaria and Olise are PL bound, both of them murdered our defence last night.
