Burge-5- Couldn't do much about either goals, other than that he was never really tested but came and collected a few crosses and looks alright.
Willis-6-solid- rarely beaten, and had a tough job to do when their big striker came on (beck I think it was) but did what he needed too.
Martin-6- solid, he could form a good partnership with reda, won his headers and showed some neat touches.
Webster-4- he can't head the ball, whenever the ball went near him I was worried, needs to go imo, not good enough, on his day a good plaer, but always has a mistake in him. He's too slow on the turn and his passing is dire at times.
Haynes- 6- Had a tough job against a very good winger in McAnuff, took him out the game really, got forward well.
JOB-9- Motm- what a signing, great finishes, never strops running and wears his heart on his sleeve. He's what we need, as he's willing to attack and get in the box.
Finch- 7.5- was really impressed by him, pressed the game really well, put in a lot of big and strong challenges, calmed the play and turned their players a few times. Very mature performance
Barton-6.5- First time I have seen him play his season, he played well at times, put in some big challenges which is nice to see from him, passed the ball well. Some lovely little touches to beat his man at times, faded a bit towards the end.
Fleck- 6.5- did some great driving runs, but being a winger doesn't suit him, and I don't think Barton and him should be in the same team as both like to try and dictate play, need another winger who attacks and gets in the box.
Madine-7- lovely weighted pass for the goal and pressure, worked his arse off, and almost got a goal.
Nouble-6.5- Was quite lazy yesterday but will let him off as he s still coming back from injury and has barely trained, some brilliant runs and turns his man so many times, perhaps needs to pass more as he seems to hold onto the ball, but he does make things happen tbf to the lad. Plus I love his passion. It means everything to him playing football.

Jackson-6- didn't do much when he came on but I loved it when he waved his arms in front of the goalie so he couldn't kick it.
Maddison-N/A- didn't do a lot tbh.

Apart from the poor defending at set plays we played well yesterday. Leyton orient didn't have any chances other than that and once we played the ball on the deck we outplayed them. Need to learn to concentrate when defending set pieces and winning the seconds balls, do that and we have a good chance of moving up the table. Also as I said, I do feel we need another winger who is willing to attack and get into the box.

Out of interest where was Willis for their first? No one in the rightback position at all, left winger has acres to pick out their man.

It was directly after a free kick, so willis was marking in the box, it was cleared out too the left wing and, the only player to close down was madine who just had the ball passed around him and it was a free cross. Poor defending tbh.

I have no idea how we can keep Willis but get rid of Jordan Clarke, he wouldn't get in most Sunday league teams, I hate slating players especially young home grown players but I have no idea how he is playing week in week out.
