NEWS: Player of the season vote now open - News - Coventry City

Thought they might have been a few candidates earlier on (McDonald, McNumpty), but it has to be Michael Doyle by a country mile doesn't it?

Would expect him to get at least 70% of the vote. McNumpty will surely then come second.

Young player will clearly be Bayliss.

Not even a second guess to be had this year I don't think.

McNulty or Doyle for player of the season. No one else comes close really.

Voted Biamou because too many people are mean about him.

Only player who seems to give 100% win or lose, the only player to cajole and encourage and berate others, and the only player who knows you have to try and manage a game of football. I wasn’t keen when we resigned him but I was wrong so for me the CCFC player of the year is Michael Doyle

McNulty for me. Frustrating thing is he could have had 40. Bearing in mind his injury and confidence issues first few months.

Also 6 assists too.

He certainly proved his doubters wrong.

Good player who surely at 25/26 can still improve further.

Voted McNumpty.
Even when his confidence has been low he has kept going and got into good positions. Must have been frustrating for him to be partnered with Biamou when Max was struggling to find his feet in L2.
I like Doyle and his influence on others but think McNulty has been more classy overall.

Without doubt.

100% it will be..

Player of the Season

1. Michael Doyle
2nd place - McNumpty Paperwork

Young Player of the Season

1. Tom Bayliss
2nd place - Jordan Shipley

The best goalkeeper award I think will be out of Burge and O'Brien.
