We were promised player additions in Jan to improve the team. None so far! Only retaining what who we already had (even if we keep Madine.

We are desperate for two creative midfielders that can attack, run at people and cross.

Our biggest problem is we create nothing

James Norwood from forest green rovers is a player we should be looking at if we are to stick with this new firmation would do well where nouble has been playing. Scores plenty and creates plenty. Lots of very good players playing in the conference should be looking there more often maybe using our links to Nuneaton to benefit us as well as them

Any one with a forward thinking brain and pace. Sick of playing side ways with no one breaking from midfield or supporting the striker.

Needed - An experienced commanding keeper who orders his backline and comes for crosses.

A right back with experience who still has legs to go forward - Phillips has injury issues

A Midfield overhaul - Sack off Finch, Thomas - Two meaty ball winners who are not scared to break up the play, put a foot in, demand the ball, and be positive in possession, have the confidence when they enter the field to say this is my fucking midfield.

Wingers with pace, each team at the top end of the league has them and play with attacking intent to supply their strikers.

A striker. - A striker who is constantly scoring goals no matter what level, league two even, a James Collins type for example. Someone who regularly scores a goal for whoever they play for, Strikers confidence thrive on goals at any level, anyone who is on the scoresheet regularly, not a striker who is scoring 1 in 8 /9 like we have already.

I've been saying it from the start of the season, our number 1 priority is a good goal-keeper. How about seeing if we can get Ben Amos on loan. He's been loaned out a number of times. After that it's difficult because we have a pattern of signing players and then not playing them or playing them in the wrong position. That has to cease or there is no point in signing anyone.

We had a keeper and let him go (Murphy)
We had a right back and let him go (Clarke)
We had midfielders and let them go (Moussa,Baker)
Wingers? We had Marshall, Petrasso, Coulibaly - all gone
A Striker - McQuoid was banging them in regularly but was then dropped and is now gone.

As you can see, we had everything we needed but let them all go. So now we need to get them all back again. Sounds loopy to me. Is this management?
