Why on earth did you book a holiday for that week? We weren’t going to get automatics.Thinking now that I might have a serious dilemma on my hands - holiday booked from Friday 23rd May for a week in Tenerife.
Play off final on Sat 24th I think - I will need to buy an extra flight out on late Saturday night or Sunday morning and miss the first two days of my holiday but when do I book it?
How confident am I that we will make the final…..I’m currently a 6/10
I’m on holibobs from 4th May to 19th, so will be able to see us beat Middlesbrough to get into playoffs on the last day and back in time for the final, unlike last time being in Turkey! Shame I’ll mis the semis tho

I’ve bought another flight to fly out on Sunday - I’m feeling confident!!!I’d leave it until next week after the first leg. If we beat Sunderland by 2 or 3 goals, you can be safe in booking that flight.

Us Only Out of those twoI'd already marked it off in the calendar after the Swansea game.
Still a lot of teams in the mix for the fifth and sixth spots, but got a sneaky feeling it will be us and Sunderland in the final
I won’t be able to go to Wembley this year any way for health reasons. I’m not sure I would have gone this time, already been 4 times in 7 years. It’s not a particularly novel or exceptional experience any more, just an expensive one and a long day with the potential for extreme disappointment. I think I will just spend some of what it would have cost me to go to London and have a really good day at home watching on the big screen tv. Steak and Stilton batch at half time and kids sweets whilst game in play methinks.I’m stranded in Tokyo for our wedding anniversary… flying home (I’m told) is no option.

I can understand health wise ,But who would want to miss a day out at Wembley, win or lose, its a brilliant time.I won’t be able to go to Wembley this year any way for health reasons. Wembley is brilliant when it’s an exception. Frankly, familiarity has bred contempt. Overall I didn’t enjoy the FA semifinal, VAR completely fucked it up for me. It was very expensive and the outcome will be unaffected by me attending or not. Torp putting the ball in the net was a fantastic feeling for a short while,I can understand health wise ,But who would want to miss a day out at Wembley, win or lose, its a brilliant time.
