One of the biggest reasons why the council and SISU had a spat was because the council said "all a "Hedge" company want's is to develop the land". (The other being 2 females having a bitch fight and us being the collateral damage).

What like the opinion both clubs could share the facility and then an opinion saying it’s too small for one club?

Never said it was too small. I said it was not very secure with the criss cross of public footpaths.

It would be like having a footpath through Ryton training ground if any of the teams moved there.

There was a footpath through Ryton for decades it was never a problem. You can access plenty of clubs training grounds. I was working near Evertons training ground the other week and went to have a look, nobody said a word.
