Pretty difficult. The Trustees have to try to get the best they can from the situation. They are owed money from people who have acted unproperly or dishonestly, whatever, and they must try to get back as much as they can. In this case they were owed money by one Sisu company in administration and could hope to get back a bit of it from another. They had no choice.
