The best scenario, in my opinion, is to be promoted through the Play Offs (day out at Wembley, excitement right to the very end). This would probably eclipse (in hindsight) options 1 and 2 - although that is debatable as regards going up as Champions, particularly if we were to storm the League.

The most likely..? I really don't know enough about this League to find my way out of optimism (for a new season with some new players in a lower division) or pessimism (as a long suffering Cov fan). If I had to guess, it would probably be similar to Rob, maybe substituting in 5 in place of 7.

5 or 8: if we look miles off the play-offs, we'll drop out of contention and settle into lower-mid-table obscurity. Bit like Preston.

The idea here is to gauge the feeling among us about what our real expectatation is before a ball is kicked.
Not what you want to happen but what you truly beleive will happen. Put your money where your mouth is so to speak.

It will be just as interesting to see who refuses to make a prediction.

If it was what I wanted I would have gone 1 and 3. With what I think I have gone 3 and 4. I think we will be in the top 6 no problem, but the rest depends on so many things it is so hard to say.

I have gone for 6 and 7, although if we can get rid of Thorn early on then a late run might see 4 and 5 a possibility.
