If you're going to fabricate a ridiculous would never happen in a million years scenario why stop at Carlisle. Do it with style at least. I think you should have gone for Outer Mongolia.

My top 3 cities are Kathmandu, Ulan Bator and Manila. In that order. Though I liked that chewing gum and not flushing the loo were illegal in Singapore.

Singapore is an awesome place. Cleanliness and efficiency are a real eye opener.

They gave us Yurts ,would solve the housing crisis In an Instant ,and affordable to our young population on the equivalent of victorian working conditions.

I still disagree with this fundamentally. It doesn't take into account the full and open knowledge of making a loss, the bonus of Arsenal income, the bonus of Wilson income.

In the grand scheme of things the difference between 2,000 fans at Sixfields and 3,000 or 4,000 is negligible and pointless.

However, it serves a certain rhetorical position to claim a boycott forced SISU's hand.

So SP risked a big bust up with his employers when he said it was the supporters not turning up to games in Northampton and you are questioning the truth in what he said?

Many people questioned Robins when he blamed the council...

A football manager is not a hedge fund manager. Hence we never appointed George Soros as chief scout...

He's really not going to say fans are a bunch of morons and expect to have his job on Monday.

Fans are mostly morons.

So he has more chance of losing his job by saying that the supporters were wrong in their thoughts on what brought our club home or even just said nothing than saying that SISU got it badly wrong and they brought our club home because we wouldn't go to Northampton?

And there are no morons in SISU?

Reporter: So Stephen, what role do you think the supporters played in returning the club to their home?

SP: No comment.

Yes, I specifically stated that there were no morons in Sisu. Well spotted.

What is Pressley supposed to say to a question? He has to appeal to fans doesn't he? If 5,000 went to Sixfields every week and he was asked of those fans were preventing a return what would he say?

Don't be so gullible.

So you use an IF to try and make it sound like SP was lying to us. So what if you were wrong when you kept saying that it didn't matter if we turned up as it wouldn't bring our club home. Don't worry we can all be wrong at times. The most important thing now is getting SISU to know that they are wrong on the way they have been trying to get the arena and do something about it before it is too late.

Let bygones be bygones. Not keep bringing crap up to make yourself look right when you were not.

I'm not wrong it made no difference.

Still I guess given your principals you will be hoping they sell up quick as I'm sure you will not be entering the Ricoh until sisu are gone.

You said that didn't you ? Can't see what sisu have done positively to change your mind.

As we said earlier it was ages ago when I said that. It was when we were taken away from our city. Well before when you kept saying that your way of protesting was not going to Northampton.....and we know what happened next there. Since then I had been saying that I would return when our club did. Just another cheap dig. Just like when it was noticed that my lad and I were wearing last seasons away tops in Italy.

And are you saying that SP is lying to us supporters?

You actually said in 2013 you hadn't been to the Ricoh for 2 years and wouldn't go back until sisu were gone.

I certainly did say that. I didn't do many away games either. But you seem to miss that bit out. Family came before a club run badly by a hedge fund where they managed to get us relegated. Just like you have missed out that I have said since last year that I would be back once our club was back.

I take it you are staying away from the Ricoh like you stayed away from Northampton.

Still being a hypocrite I see.

I'll use a SISU line here. Sort off.

Every football expert in the country agrees that the return home to the Ricoh was a victory for fan power.

Seems to me it more convenient for you to believe that it made no difference than to deal with the fact that you where right in the first place and can no longer justify your decision to change your mind and go to Suxfields.

Don't worry. We all make mistakes.

I'd like to add to this that I don't think small attendances will be detrimental to the team - you only need to look to our performances at Sh*tfields to see that.

Erm...as well as the Arsenal money, we had to sell Clarke to keep the club funded. I think smaller attendances naturally affects the team as money has to come from somewhere to pay running costs/wages etc.

Not read in detail the little tiff you're having with Grendel but genuine question Astute...did you go to the Gillingham game?
